Home Buyers

Some of our properties are given the needed repairs and re-sold at wholesale prices. If you have bad credit we can place qualified buyers in a home on a lease-to-own basis and assist you with credit repair. With the proper discipline following our guidelines, one will obtain their own financing within 12-24 months.
